Peck & Hiller ranks safety as its highest priority and strives to implement programs and standards that keep our employees safe at work every day. Our safety program is overseen by a full-time Safety Director – who manages daily, on-site safety meetings, reviews and directs work processes and champions the role of safety at every level of the organization.
A successful safety program begins at the top. Peck & Hiller’s Management team all serve as members of the CEA Safety Committee. We are proud to have received consecutive Construction Employers Association Excellence in Safety Awards for 2006 and 2007. We are also proud to have received multiple Cal/Osha Consultation Golden Gate Award letters for our continued commitment to employee Safety.
We respect the need to be safe on the job at all times. Our incentives and training programs help motivate and educate Peck & Hiller staff and management alike to the procedures and importance of a safe work environment.
